workflows, integrations, data mappings, tracking specifications, and reporting processes.\n\nContinuously improve marketing technology processes, automation, reporting accuracy, and data visibility.\n\nRequirements\n2–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, Data, Analytics, or Marketing Reporting.\n\nExperience working in a B2B environment.\n\nHands-on experience with:\nHubSpot\n\nSalesforce\n\nGoogle Analytics\n\nPower BI\n\nStrong understanding of:\nUTM tracking and campaign tagging\n\nConversion tracking\n\nMarketing attribution\n\nLead lifecycle management\n\nMarketing funnel and pipeline reporting\n\nData quality and validation\n\nBasic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to identify data discrepancies and determine their root causes.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\n\nPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multi-channel media buying reporting and performance measurement.\n\nExperience with automation and integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.\n\nExperience designing and maintaining Power BI data models.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.\n\nExperience with marketing attribution and CRM-to-marketing platform integrations.\n\nFamiliarity with SEO analytics and
