You will take responsibility for day-to-day accounting activities, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Working with modern Finance systems, you will help maintain accurate financial records and efficient processes.\nReporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will collaborate with experienced Finance colleagues locally and across Europe.\nWhat makes this role interesting:\nA varied accounting position with clear responsibilities.\nHands-on experience with Business Central and digital Finance processes.\nCollaboration within an international Finance organization.\nOpportunities to develop your accounting and ERP expertise.\nParticipation in process improvements and standardization.\nYour responsibilities:\nProcess supplier invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Payable records.\nHandle incoming and outgoing electronic invoices through Sistema di Interscambio (SdI), including monitoring transmission status and resolving rejections.\nMonitor customer receivables, incoming payments and overdue balances.\nExecute payment reminders and structured collection follow-up.\nPrepare payment proposals and routine account reconciliations.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing through accurate data and documentation.\nWork with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Continia applications.\nMaintain financial documentation and follow internal accounting controls.\nCommunicate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders on routine Finance matters.\nSupport additional Finance administration, such as expense processing, statutory-reporting data preparation and insurance documentation.\nContribute ideas for improving and standardizing daily Finance processes.\nYour Profile\nQualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field.\n1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in AP and/or AR.\nBasic knowledge of Italian accounting, VAT requirements and e-invoicing through SdI.\nGood Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting software.\nOrganized, accurate, reliable and proactive working style.\nTeam-oriented approach, strong communication and willingness to learn.\nVery good Italian and English skills.\nContract and renumeration:\nApplicable collective agreement: CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (Commercio).\nFixed term role: 1 year\nGross annual base salary from 35K€ to 45K€ paid in 14 instalments.\nPay within the published range will be determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria, including relevant accounting experience and skills, in line with the responsibilities and contractual level of the role.\nApplication:\nEllab welcomes applications from people of all genders and backgrounds.
