This person will help build and ship products that drive the evolution of our healthcare platform.\nWe are looking for someone who can think across software, physical products, operations, compliance, logistics, and user experience. The ideal candidate can translate complex stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, user outcomes, and shipped solutions.\nThis role is well-suited for someone with experience or fluency in hardware, connected devices, physical products, regulated product environments, supply chain-aware product development, or operationally complex systems. You understand that great products are not only software experiences. They must also work reliably in the real world across physical workflows, partner operations, logistics, compliance requirements, fulfillment constraints, and end-user behavior.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner directly with the leadership team to translate strategic vision into products that customers and Brand Partners love.\nTranslate customer, Brand Partner, operational, and stakeholder needs into product requirements that account for both digital and physical product realities.\nBring a hardware-informed product mindset to roadmap decisions, including feasibility, manufacturability, operational complexity, logistics, quality, compliance, reliability, supportability, and scalability.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Brand Partner teams to ensure products can be successfully built, launched, delivered, and supported.\nCreate product artifacts that capture end-to-end requirements across the full product lifecycle, including user outcomes, stakeholder needs, technical constraints, operational workflows, physical product dependencies, launch readiness, and post-launch support requirements.\nAnticipate real-world implementation risks, including vendor dependencies, fulfillment constraints, quality issues, regulatory considerations, physical product limitations, and customer experience breakdowns.\nEvaluate tradeoffs between customer experience, business impact, technical feasibility, operational readiness, compliance, and physical product constraints.\nDeeply understand and represent the voice of EllieMD’s Brand Partners and customers in everything you build.\nDefine success metrics, prioritize product problems, and ship solutions that achieve measurable business goals.\nOwn and drive one or more products from concept through launch and beyond, maintaining accountability for outcomes and continuous improvement.\nWork closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and Operations to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and ship high-quality products.\nBuild and maintain product backlogs that balance quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.\nDrive progress against milestones, resolve blockers, and maintain healthy team execution.\nGather and analyze user research, product insights, and market data to inform product decisions and prioritization.\nCreate structured product documentation, including PRDs, user stories, and technical specifications, to guide implementation and ensure team deep understanding of EllieMD’s business, customers, Brand Partner model, product ecosystem, operational workflows, and strategic priorities:\nBuild a deep understanding of EllieMD’s mission, healthcare platform, Brand Partner network, customer experience, current product priorities, and cross-functional workflows.\nMeet with key stakeholders across Leadership, Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Fulfillment, Customer Support, Data, and Go-to-Market to understand goals, pain points, constraints, and dependencies.\nMap the end-to-end customer and Brand Partner experience across digital touchpoints, physical product flows, fulfillment, support, compliance, and operational handoffs to identify early risks, gaps, and opportunities.\nFirst 60 Days: Prioritize, Define, and Drive Execution\nBy 60 days, you will begin translating business strategy, customer needs, Brand Partner insights, and operational realities into clear product priorities and execution plans:\nSynthesize learnings from stakeholders, customers, Brand Partners, data, operations, and market context into clear product insights, roadmap recommendations, and success metrics.\nOwn or co-own one or more product areas or initiatives, creating clear PRDs, user stories, technical requirements, operational workflows, launch plans, and post-launch support requirements.\nBuild and maintain a prioritized backlog that balances customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, operational readiness, compliance, physical product dependencies, and scalability.\nFirst 90 Days: Ship, Measure, and Scale Impact\nBy 90 days, you will be actively driving product outcomes, improving execution quality, and helping EllieMD ship products and experiences that work reliably across digital, physical, operational, and customer-facing environments:\nLead one or more product initiatives from concept through launch, iteration, or measurable milestone completion in partnership with Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Fulfillment, Support, Brand Partner, and Go-to-Market teams.\nEnsure product launches are supported by clear requirements, operational readiness, quality checks, compliance considerations, fulfillment plans, support documentation, success metrics, and post-launch monitoring.\nUse data, customer feedback, Brand Partner insights, support trends, and operational learnings to improve the product, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and shape the roadmap for future growth.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of product management experience, with a proven ability to build and scale products from early stages.\nExperience building or managing products in hardware, connected devices, physical products, healthcare products, regulated products, supply chain-heavy environments, or operationally complex systems.\nStrong hardware-oriented product mindset, with the ability to think beyond screens and software flows into real-world usage, operations, fulfillment, quality, reliability, compliance, and customer support.\nAbility to translate business and user needs into product requirements that account for both digital experiences and physical product constraints.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, which may include Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Vendors, Compliance, Quality, Customer Support, and Go-to-Market stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of how product decisions affect downstream execution, including sourcing, vendor coordination,
