monitor tender activities to ensure submissions\nare received within the required timelines.\n Coordinate with Design, Project Management, Contracts, and other internal stakeholders to\naddress bidder Requests for Information (RFIs), issue tender clarifications in a timely\nmanner.\n Review tender submissions for commercial and technical compliance with tender\nrequirements.\n Verify quantities, measurements, and pricing submitted by bidders against tender drawings,\nspecifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and completeness.\n Prepare comprehensive commercial bid evaluations, tender analysis reports, and bid\ncomparison statements, benchmarking against approved project budgets, cost plans, and\nprevious awards.\n Conduct commercial negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and\nsuppliers to achieve best value while ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, and\ncommercial requirements.\n Draft Letters of Award (LOA), Consultancy Agreements, Letters of Nomination, Purchase\nOrders, and other procurement-related contractual documents.\n Maintain procurement trackers, tender registers, and procurement reports to ensure\nprocurement milestones are achieved in line with project schedules.\n Evaluate and prequalify new contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to\nexpand and strengthen the approved vendor database.\n Identify value engineering and cost-saving opportunities during the procurement stage\nwithout compromising quality, functionality, or project requirements.\nCandidate Requirements,\n Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in a Quantity Surveying/Pre-Contract Procurement\nrole with a reputable Main Contractor or Real Estate Developer.\n Proven experience in procurement and tendering for:\no High-rise and mid-rise residential/commercial developments.\no Villas and townhouse developments.\no Mixed-use and master-planned communities.\n Strong background in pre-contract quantity surveying, tendering, and commercial\nevaluation.\n Strong knowledge of pre-contract Quantity Surveying and procurement practices.\n Proficient in quantity take-off, measurement, and cost estimation.\n Thorough understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract\ndocuments.\n Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.\n Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict project deadlines.\n Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nQualification\n Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil
