We are looking for a hardworking candidate who wants to apply their industry experience to this fast-paced role working along side account managers and purchasing teams.\nAbout Company\nSince 1905, Elliott-Lewis and its family of companies have had a reputation of being a premier provider of Mechanical Services, Facilities Management, and Crane Rentals. Elliott-Lewis is a leader in our industry providing HVAC/R installations, air conditioning service, maintenance, major appliance repairs, along with electrical and plumbing needs for commercial clients.\nResponsibilities\n·Proposal Lifecycle\noReceive information from our field technicians and use the information to create repair and installation proposals for customers.\noFollow up and track proposals to ensure acceptance from customers.\noCoordinate with the dispatch team to schedule the work to be completed for customers.\n·Sourcing and Procurement\noLocate parts, material, and equipment from our vendors to meet project needs.\noTrack deliveries and update customer with status.\noBuild relationships with vendors for locating parts quickly and ensure best pricing.\noBoth issue and also receive purchase orders.\noCommunicate with Warehouse Manager on scheduled delivery of parts and also confirm the parts in each shipment were successfully received.\n·General Responsibilities\noManage a high volume of phone calls and emails to coordinate work across departments, customers, and vendors\noCommunicate roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders to ensure operations do not miss deadlines\nLocation and Schedule:\nThis position will require daily in-person reporting to our corporate office located in 19154.Position hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, and require participation in our rotational on call schedule for one week every five weeks (additional compensation provided during on call week).\nRequired Skills\n·Working knowledge of Mechanical Services, HVAC and/or Plumbing industry\n·5+ years’ experience in account management or purchasing\n·Strong verbal and written communication skills\n·Excels in building relationships\n·Proven success in collaborating across departments to meet business objectives\n·The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:\noTeam-oriented\noFlexible\noStrong communicator\noEfficient\nPreferred Skills\n·Candidates with strong skills in these programs are greatly valued: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel\n·Previous experience working in Microsoft Great Plains (aka Microsoft GP and Microsoft Dynamics)\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly requires a high degree of mental effort, talk and hear, gross and fine manipulation, read both print and screens for extended periods of time.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.\nFrequently required to walk and sit\nOccasionally required to reach with hands and arms,lift 25 lbs. max, stand and stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb stairs \nExpected to work in a moderately loud level of volume environment. \nCompensation\nElliott-Lewis offers a robust compensation package including:Competitive base salary,\nAnnual raises,\nAnnual bonuses,\n401k Retirement Plan with generous company match,\nTwo weeks’ vacation during first year at entry-level with more earned for greater tenure,\nSick Pay,\nMedical / Health Insurance Plans,\nDental coverage,\nAdditional voluntary benefits including several life insurance options, accident insurance, several disability insurance options, and more.\n\nWe recognize that great talent can come from a variety of backgrounds.
