If so, we want to hear from you!\nThe Role:\nOur customers have varied learning needs, and training requirements to fulfil. Some have compliance or investigations experience in the fiat world, but are new to crypto. Some vice versa.\nWe understand that one size of training doesn't fit all. We work as a trusted partner, providing solutions to our customer's unique learning needs, whatever the stage of their own crypto journey.\nThis maternity cover role (a fixed-term contract of circa 12 months) sits at the heart of our Education team - you'll take full ownership of our education content and Learning Management System (LMS) operations for the duration of the contract, working closely with our Director of Education Product Development. You'll be bringing your experience, perspective, and ideas to the party!\nWhat you’ll do:\nYou'll be working closely with our Director of Education Product Development, owning the full scope of our education content and LMS operations. While no two days tend to look the same, here's a (non-exhaustive) list, to give you a feel for the range of activities this role may encompass:\nEnd-to-end learning design and build - building a compelling narrative and nailing the 'so what?' for learners and training managers\n\nBuilding bespoke storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial institution customers\n\nBuilding e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs\n\nRefreshing, enhancing, and evolving current Elliptic Learn products, ensuring content remains accurate and current\n\nCreating learning materials ranging from engaging 'knowledge delivery' to immersive, scenario-based practical exercises\n\nDeveloping product-based learning to support and certify users of our blockchain analytics tools\n\nHelping develop role-specific learning journeys across traditional finance, crypto-native, and government segments\n\nOwning the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS)\n\nEnrolling and onboarding both internal and external learners onto the LMS, and troubleshooting issues as they arise\n\nHaving direct contact with customers and learners, supporting their overall learning experience\n\nWorking with industry-leading subject matter experts to shape content\n\nCollaborating on content-marketing projects\n\nHelping source, test, and deploy new technologies to enhance the learner experience\n\nConfidently using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ElevenLabs, and similar) to optimise content creation, LMS workflows, and day-to-day tasks\n\nFinding new ideas and opportunities to enhance the overall Elliptic Learn proposition\n\nYou will be a great fit here if you:\nHave proven experience in end-to-end learning/instructional design, from storyboarding through to build and deployment\n\nHave hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (particularly Rise 360)\n\nHave experience managing an LMS and the associated learner experience (enrolment, troubleshooting, admin)\n\nHave B2B and B2C learning creation experience\n\nHave developed and deployed learning across multiple delivery channels\n\nEnjoy collaborating with a broad range of teams and experts\n\nAre comfortable communicating directly with customers and learners, including a \"front of house\" capacity when needed\n\nAre confident using design and AI-adjacent tools (e.g. Canva, ElevenLabs, or equivalent) to produce polished learning content\n\nAre comfortable using AI tools to support and speed up day-to-day content and admin tasks\n\nAre comfortable working autonomously within a small team, wearing multiple hats\n\nOur ideal candidate is:\nFocused on the needs of the learner\n\nCurious, creative and detail-oriented\n\nArticulate - a strong communicator, orally and in writing\n\nA bit of a sponge - loves to research, listen, and learn\n\nKeen to share their ideas on 'what's next, and why we should…'\n\nHappy to explore new approaches, and be inventive when solving problems\n\nNot phased by a steep learning curve\n\nGrasps instructions quickly then can move at pace\n\nAble to boil complexity down to make it useful and engaging\n\nThriving when working as part of a friendly, proactive team\n\nCollaborative at heart, but very happy flying solo too\n\nComfortable being 'front of house' with customers when necessary (with support)\n\nOK to roll their sleeves up and dive in to whatever needs doing\n\nAccepting that what they planned to do one day, they may end up not doing, because something more important came up\n\nBonus Points if:\nYou’re already familiar with crypto, crypto compliance, and/or blockchain analytics\n\nYou’ve worked with global audiences, and recognise the nuances therein\n\nYou’ve worked with both private sector and government clients, particularly in creating and deploying financial crime and/or product training\n\nYou’re experienced with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, and Canva\n\nYou’ve got experience of writing/sourcing/researching/curating content\n\nJob Benefits\n> How we work:\nHybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year\n\n£500 Remote working budget to set up your home office space\n\n> Learning & Development:\n$1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development\n\n> Vacation/ Leave:\nHolidays: 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays\n\nAn extra day for your birthday\n\nEnhanced parental leave: we provide eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether they become a parent by birth or adoption, 16 weeks fully-paid leave and leave.\n\n> Benefits:\nPrivate Health Insurance - we use Bupa!\n\nFull access to Spill Mental Health Support\n\nLife Assurance: we hope you will never need this - but our cover is for 4 times your salary to your beneficiaries\n\nCycle to Work Scheme\n\nWe know Diversity and Inclusion is much deeper than just hiring, but it’s important for us to mention it here.
