Work with external advisors and deal teams to execute transactions, and with various internal stakeholders to assist with business integration and performance tracking.\nExecutive-Level Materials - prepare investment memoranda, management presentations, and materials for executives, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights for decision-makers.\nCommercial and Strategic Review of Infrastructure Procurements - assist bid teams at EllisDon in analyzing and responding to commercial elements of various infrastructure procurements, strategizing to increase competitiveness and manage risk.\nIs this the right role for you?\nYou have 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, accounting, transaction advisory, or similar analytical role.\nYou have experience with mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, due diligence, and valuations.\nYou have advanced excel, financial modeling, and valuation skills.\nYou have strong business acumen, and a practical understanding of how businesses generate value, manage risk, and allocate capital.\nYou have strong analytical skills, and the ability to analyze complex financial and operational information with precision and strong judgment.\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.\nYou have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop partnerships and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nExperience in infrastructure development and/or project finance would be considered an asset.\nBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field.\nCPA, CFA, or CBV professional designation would be considered an asset but is not specifically required\nThis position will have a salary range of $105,000 - $115,000\nEllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.\nGo ahead and be yourself.
