Ultimately, EllisDon’s purpose is to provide people with similar values the opportunity to achieve to their full potential; to deliver that opportunity for great careers to one another; and to contribute meaningfully to the community we share with others.\nIn case you’re curious, here’s what the industry thinks of us and some of the impacts we've made to the communities we work in and our latest Impact Report, highlighting how we're putting our values into practice in areas such as the climate & environment, inclusive diversity, indigenous relations, and health and safety.\nYou as a Quality Coordinator will:\nPlan and Support Verification\nConfirm that approved drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, benchmarks, and other prerequisites are in place before verification.\nIdentify gaps that could affect inspections, testing, or verification and escalate concerns early.\nParticipate in First Installation Reviews (FIRs), mock-ups, and pre-installation meetings to confirm expectations and acceptance criteria.\nSupport Quality Program Implementation\nConduct field reviews to confirm that required controls, inspections, testing, hold points, checklists, and benchmarks are being used as planned.\nHelp maintain consistent application of quality requirements across assigned scopes of work.\nMonitor recurring deficiencies, missed checks, incomplete records, and other signs that requirements are not being consistently applied.\nTrack deficiencies and non-conformances through resolution, including follow-up actions and closure evidence.\nReview and Communicate\nReview inspection records, testing results, checklists, and field documentation for completeness, accuracy, and connection to the applicable work scope.\nProvide status updates on completed, outstanding, and at-risk verification activities.\nCommunicate recurring issues, quality concerns, and emerging risks to the Quality Lead and project team.\nMaintain Quality Records\nBuild and maintain complete, organized, and traceable verification packages and turnover records throughout project execution.\nIdentify and resolve documentation gaps early to support progressive turnover and project closeout.\nIs this the right role for you?\nConstruction-related diploma, degree, or equivalent experience.\nExperience in construction, quality, inspection, project coordination, document control, commissioning support, or related project delivery roles is considered an asset.\nWorking knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.\nExperience using construction management or project documentation software is an asset.\nAbility to obtain and maintain the Government of Canada security clearance required for assigned projects.\nThe salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000.\nEllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.\nGo ahead and be yourself.
