In addition, our staff can quickly and efficiently train your employees to use our equipment.\nIn case you’re curious, here’s what the industry thinks of us and some of the impacts we've made to the communities we work in and our latest Impact Report, highlighting how we're putting our values into practice in areas such as the climate & environment, inclusive diversity, indigenous relations, and health and safety.\nYou as a Rental Coordinator will:\nHandle all logistics ensuring that you work with the Vancouver divisions as deliveries and pickups may overlap.\nUtilize transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments \nCommunicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.\nCompile and complete paperwork for shipments, including delivery tickets, bills of lading, and any other documentation.\nCreate all rental contracts, invoices, credits, returns and work orders.\nProvide timely invoice backup for AP Invoices, including working with Vendor partners to ensure accuracy \nCreate purchase orders as needed.\nInputting information and accurately entering data using Excel and other company software.\nCollecting customer credit applications, insurances and documents and submitting to accounting.\nAssist in managing inventory - ensuring they have part numbers or bulk asset numbers.\nAssist in ensuring all equipment work orders are completed and entered into company software.\nProofread work for errors and make appropriate corrections as needed\nCommunicating with suppliers and other departments regarding shipments.\nEnsuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods through the shipping and receiving process.\nPrioritize workflow in a high-volume department to ensure deadlines are met.\nAdhering to safety procedures, including the use of PPE and safe handling of materials.\nActively support and engage with project coordinators to ensure timely responses and deliveries.\nIs this the right role for you?\nYou have two to four years of logistics experience.\nStrong customer service and professional phone etiquette.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to always maintain a professional demeanor with fellow colleagues, clients, service providers and suppliers.\nA diploma or post-secondary education in Logistics or a related field is considered an asset.\nWork requires very light physical exertion and very limited visual and/or auditory concentration, manual dexterity and/or strain\nThe salary range for this job is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 CAD\nEllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity. \nGo ahead and be yourself.
