The Sourcing Partner is a newly added role designed to bring greater speed, consistency, and velocity to the hiring process. The role will own sourcing and pipeline generation for both TA Partners across technical and non-technical requisitions, supporting hiring across India and the U.S.\n\nThis is a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of sourcing coordination, sourcing tools, pipeline data, and reporting. The successful candidate will proactively identify bottlenecks, improve sourcing effectiveness, and deliver clear, reliable recruitment MIS for India. While there are no direct reports today, this role is expected to establish the foundation for a sourcing team as hiring needs grow.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn sourcing and pipeline generation for open technical and non-technical requisitions across India and U.S. teams, aligned with business priorities and hiring targets.\nPartner daily with the TA Partner and Senior TA Partner to clarify requisition priorities, success profiles, sourcing strategies, and pipeline health.\nRun proactive, multi-channel sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, referrals, niche job boards, talent communities, and other relevant tools.\nBuild and maintain a searchable candidate database and accurate sourcing trackers, ensuring timely updates across sources, requisitions, and candidate stages.\nManage external sourcing vendors and agencies: communicate role requirements, track service-level agreements (SLAs), review submissions, and consolidate vendor performance.\nCoordinate candidate screening calls and provide interview scheduling and process support in close partnership with the TA Partners.\nMaintain a professional and consistent candidate experience through timely communication, clear status updates, and effective coordination from initial outreach through interview and offer stages.\nTrack daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing activity and funnel performance, including source-wise pipeline, qualified submissions, time-to-first-submission, conversion rates, and source of hire.\nPrepare holistic, accurate recruitment MIS and dashboards for India, highlighting progress against hiring targets, pipeline health, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and emerging risks.\nMonitor the impact of sourcing efforts on interview progression, offer outcomes, and candidate joining; identify trends and recommend practical improvements.\nUse sourcing technology and recruitment tools effectively; assess opportunities to improve productivity, data quality, and speed through better tool adoption and process discipline.\nIdentify and escalate process gaps, delayed feedback, sourcing bottlenecks, or vendor issues to the Director – HR, with clear data and recommended actions.\nContribute to standardising sourcing practices, reporting cadence, and operating processes so the function can scale with future hiring demand.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\n4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition operations, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.\nHands-on experience sourcing both technical/engineering and non-technical/business roles.\nStrong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.\nExperience maintaining sourcing trackers, recruitment dashboards, and funnel metrics, with strong attention to data accuracy and reporting discipline.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with TA colleagues, hiring stakeholders, external agencies, and candidates.\nGood stakeholder-management skills and the confidence to clarify requirements, follow up on actions, and raise risks proactively.\nA strong ownership mindset: able to manage competing priorities, work independently, and drive sourcing activity without waiting for direction at every step.\nAbility to work across time zones and support U.S.-based TA counterparts and hiring teams; familiarity with U.S. hiring practices is an advantage.\nA process-improvement mindset, comfort using recruitment technology, and the ability to translate sourcing data into clear insights and actions.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience managing sourcing vendors, agency SLAs, and consolidated vendor reporting.\nExperience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or another technology-led organisation.\nExposure to improving sourcing workflows, adopting new recruitment tools, or building a sourcing function.\n\nHow Success Will Be Measured\n\nSourcing activity and qualified pipeline generated daily, weekly, and monthly across multiple channels, measured against agreed hiring priorities and targets.\nTime to first qualified submission, pipeline volume, source-of-hire effectiveness, and conversion at key stages of the sourcing funnel.\nEffective use of sourcing tools and technology to improve reach, productivity, and speed of delivery.\nQuality and timeliness of recruitment MIS for India, including accurate, actionable reporting on pipeline health and hiring progress.\nImprovement in candidate progression through interviews and offers, candidate communication, and offer-to-joining outcomes, in partnership with the TA Partners.\nAccuracy and currency of candidate databases, trackers, and dashboards.\nProactive identification and resolution of sourcing bottlenecks, vendor issues, and process gaps.\n\nWhy This Role Matters\n\nThis role is being added to strengthen sourcing capacity and create greater speed and predictability in hiring as ELLKAY grows.
