This position oversees Field Inventory Solution Supervisors, Account Managers, and Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Click Here for a summary of Employee Benefits\nQualifications\n5+ years of leadership experience in inventory management, operations, supply chain, customer service, or industrial distribution. 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams or leaders in a performance-driven environment. \n\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
