You’ll own features from architecture and implementation through UX decisions, and help shape how we build software with AI.\nWhat you’ll do\nShip features end-to-end across frontend, backend and agent workflows.\nDesign scalable systems and make clear architectural decisions.\nShape the product experience alongside the implementation.\nImprove developer velocity, product quality, feedback loops and internal tooling.\nDevelop practical AI-assisted engineering practices and identify useful work without waiting for detailed specs.\nWhat we’re looking for\nDeep technical skills, strong product judgment and care for clear, fast, durable software.\nFluency in modern software engineering and thoughtful use of AI tools in development.\nEvidence of building: side projects, prototypes, open-source work, writing or other work you’re proud of.\nCuriosity about new models and tools, ownership in ambiguous situations, and a balance of speed and craft.\nWorking hours\nThis is an international remote role, with at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
