job.\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\nKey Activities\n\nBusiness Requirements Elicitation & Analysis\n\nGather and analyze business requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business needs and objectives.\nIdentify business challenges, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.\nTranslate business requirements into structured and actionable requirements.\n\nFleet Management & Mobility Solution Analysis\n\nAnalyze requirements related to vehicle tracking, fleet management, and mobility services.\nEvaluate operational processes involving trips, vehicle status, driver behavior, geofencing, maintenance, and fuel consumption.\nIdentify system enhancements that improve operational performance and customer value.\nEnsure business requirements align with mobility product objectives and customer expectations.\n\nRequirements Documentation & User Stories\n\nPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.\nDefine acceptance criteria, business rules, exceptions, and system behavior requirements.\nEnsure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives.\nMaintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nProcess Analysis & Use Case Development\n\nDevelop process maps, workflow diagrams, and use cases that represent operational and system processes.\nAnalyze current and future-state processes to improve efficiency and user experience.\nDocument process dependencies, business scenarios, and operational requirements.\nSupport product and technical teams through clear process documentation.\n\nReporting & Dashboard Requirements Management\n\nDefine reporting, dashboard, and KPI requirements associated with fleet and mobility solutions.\nDocument calculations, business rules, filters, and reporting dimensions.\nCollaborate with analytics and technical teams to ensure reporting requirements are implemented effectively.\nValidate reporting outputs against business expectations.\n\nIntegration Requirements & Technical Coordination\n\nDocument integration requirements involving APIs, tracking devices, telematics platforms, and external systems.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are reflected in integration solutions.\nSupport discussions related to system interfaces, data flows, and external dependencies.\nAssist in validating integration outcomes against documented requirements.\n\nProduct Backlog & Change Management Support\n\nSupport the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.\nAssess the impact of change requests, dependencies, and enhancement initiatives.\nParticipate in backlog refinement and release planning activities.\nEnsure business priorities and customer requirements are reflected in product development plans.\n\nUser Acceptance Testing & Feature Validation\n\nDevelop user acceptance testing scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.\nParticipate in feature validation and acceptance testing activities prior to release.\nTrack testing outcomes, defects, feedback, and resolution activities.\nEnsure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and business expectations.\n\nPolicies, Processes & Procedures\n\nFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.\nComply with all security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.\n\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS\n\nAcademic and professional qualifications\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n\nYears and Nature of Experience\n\n2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Products, Product Development, Fleet Management Systems, Mobility Solutions, or related domains.\nProven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements.\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and process documentation.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nPractical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interaction requirements.\nExperience using SQL and Excel for analysis, validation, and business reporting activities.\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\nFamiliarity with fleet management, vehicle tracking, telematics, IoT, transportation, mobility platforms, or SaaS solutions is
