The role contributes to ERP availability, reliability, and continuity through testing, controlled deployments, technical coordination, and effective documentation in alignment with business objectives and IT architecture standards.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES\nThis section describes the principal outputs required from the job.\n\nKey Accountabilities\n\nKey Activities\n\nERP Implementation & Deployment\n\nSupport the implementation and deployment of ERP systems and modules in line with approved business and technical requirements.\nConfigure ERP application components and coordinate release activities, deployment readiness, and rollback arrangements with relevant teams.\nTrack assigned technical deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, and report risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.\n\nBusiness Requirements & Technical Solutions\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document ERP functional and technical requirements.\nTranslate approved requirements into technical specifications, configurations, and enhancements aligned with IT architecture standards.\nAssess proposed ERP changes for technical feasibility, integration impacts, and alignment with business processes.\n\nERP Technical Support & Service Management\n\nProvide Level 3 (L3) technical support for escalated ERP incidents and service requests.\nInvestigate root causes, implement approved corrective actions, and coordinate complex issue resolution with technical teams and vendors.\nPerform assigned incident, problem, and change management activities in line with applicable ITIL practices and service procedures.\n\nERP Integration & Access Enablement\n\nDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot interfaces between ERP systems and other enterprise applications, platforms, and services.\nValidate data exchanges and coordinate resolution of integration failures with relevant application and infrastructure teams.\nSupport Single Sign-On (SSO) integration requests and access configurations in coordination with identity and information security teams.\n\nERP Availability & Technical Operations\n\nMonitor ERP availability, performance, and scheduled processing, and investigate issues affecting business-critical services.\nCoordinate server, system, database, and network dependencies with infrastructure teams to maintain ERP stability and availability.\nMaintain ERP configuration records and provide application asset and software license usage information to relevant owners.\n\nERP Backup, Recovery & Continuity\n\nSupport ERP backup and recovery activities in coordination with infrastructure and database teams.\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and testing, validate application recovery, and document results and corrective actions.\nIdentify application continuity risks and support recovery readiness in line with approved business continuity requirements.\n\nERP Testing & Solution Validation\n\nConduct technical, system, integration, and regression testing for ERP implementations, changes, and enhancements.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and validate solutions against approved requirements.\nDocument test results, track defects, and verify corrective actions before production deployment.\n\nERP Enhancement & Technical Coordination\n\nSupport ERP enhancements and enterprise digital transformation initiatives based on business priorities and operational needs.\nCoordinate vendor support and maintenance activities, including patches, upgrades, and resolution of technical issues.\nMaintain documentation of ERP configurations, technical solutions, interfaces, integrations, and operational procedures, and support knowledge transfer.\n\nPolicies, Processes & Procedures\n\nFollow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.\nComply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.\n\nInformation Security\n\nComply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.\n\nJOB SPECIFICATIONS\n\nAcademic and professional qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications in ERP platforms, systems integration, or IT service management are considered an advantage.\n\nYears and Nature of Experience\n\n2-4 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, configuration, technical support, development, or systems
