You’ll work as part of a manufacturing team responsible for safely operating equipment, meeting production requirements, and maintaining consistent product quality.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Hot Press Machine Operator, you’ll help turn advanced metal materials into high-performance products through safe, consistent equipment operation. Your responsibilities will include:\nSet up, operate, and monitor hot press equipment according to established work instructions and production requirements\nLoad and unload materials while safely handling parts, tooling, and production equipment\nMonitor temperature, pressure, cycle times, and other process parameters to maintain consistent product quality\nMake equipment or process adjustments as needed within established operating procedures\nPerform in-process inspections and verify products meet required specifications\nIdentify equipment or process issues and communicate concerns to Production, Maintenance, or Quality\nComplete production, quality, material, and equipment documentation accurately\nPerform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic operator maintenance\nFollow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area\nWork with team members to support production schedules and quality requirements\nRequirements\nYou Could Be a Great Fit!\nYou enjoy hands-on work, pay attention to details, and take pride in producing quality products.
