Your work will combine hands-on equipment operation, measurement, process control, and craftsmanship to produce materials used in some of the world’s most demanding applications.\nThis is an opportunity for a dependable manufacturing professional who enjoys working with industrial equipment, takes pride in precision work, and wants to develop specialized skills in advanced metals manufacturing.\nWhat You Can Build Here\n$20.50-$27.00 per hour\nBenefits starting Day One, including medical, dental, and vision insurance\n 401(k) with company match and retirement contribution\nPaid time off and paid company holidays\nCareer development and internal growth opportunities\nHands-on training with specialized rolling equipment and precision manufacturing processes\nExperience working with advanced refractory metals and production technologies\nA collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement\nA career supporting products used across aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and energy industries\nYour Schedule\nThis is a full-time position at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing facility.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou will operate rolling mill equipment and support related production processes to manufacture refractory metal products that meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.\nYour work will include:\nOperate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and engineering specifications\nPerform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other required production processes\nDevelop rolling pass schedules and monitor material throughout the rolling process\nInspect materials using precision measuring equipment and established visual quality standards\nMonitor product quality throughout production and identify potential process or material issues\nRecord production data, material traceability, and process information accurately in company systems\nPerform equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine startup and shutdown procedures\nOperate forklifts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment safely\nFollow established production procedures and ISO quality requirements\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production performance\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area\nSupport other manufacturing activities as production needs require\nRequirements\nAbout You\nYou understand that producing high-quality material requires attention throughout the entire process. Equipment setup, measurements, process decisions, documentation, and safe operating practices all contribute to the finished product.\nYou may be a strong fit if you bring:\nA high school diploma or GED\n2-4 years of manufacturing experience preferred\nBasic math skills used in a manufacturing environment\nThe ability to use precision measuring equipment\nStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machinery\nThe ability to read and follow written work instructions, specifications, and production requirements\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality\nClear communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing team\nThe ability to learn specialized equipment, processes, and production techniques\nA commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment operation\nExperience operating forklifts, material-handling equipment, rolling mills, or other industrial machinery is preferred.\nDefining Success\nSuccess in this role means safely producing quality material while maintaining the process discipline, documentation, and equipment care required in precision manufacturing.\nYou will be successful when:\nFinished materials consistently meet customer and engineering specifications\nRolling operations are completed safely and according to established procedures\nProduct quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing process\nProduction records and material traceability are complete and accurate\nRolling equipment is operated correctly and properly cared for\nProduction is completed efficiently while minimizing scrap and rework\nISO quality standards and manufacturing procedures are followed consistently\nPotential equipment, material, or quality issues are identified and communicated early\nYou work effectively with teammates as production priorities change\nAdditional Tools in Your Toolbox May Include\nPrevious experience in a metals manufacturing environment can help you get up to speed quickly, particularly if you have worked with rolling, forming, machining, fabrication, or other industrial production processes.\nAdditional experience that can help you succeed includes:\nRolling mill or metal-forming equipment\nPrecision measuring tools\nForklifts and material-handling equipment\nIndustrial machinery and production equipment\nProduction documentation and material traceability systems\nISO-controlled manufacturing environments\nEquipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance\nContinuous improvement and waste-reduction activities\nThis Is Hands-On Manufacturing Work\nThis position works directly with industrial equipment and materials on the manufacturing floor.
