You’ll:\nDevelop, document, and oversee manufacturing processes for flat-rolled molybdenum, tungsten, and toll-processing products\nDevelop and maintain OPCs, BOMs, routings, and detailed manufacturing instructions\nMake sure documented processes accurately reflect actual production practices\nPartner with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards are met or exceeded\nAnalyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities to improve capability, consistency, and material yield\nDevelop and implement new manufacturing processes and methods\nEvaluate and introduce new equipment and tooling\nSupport the development and introduction of new products\nWork directly with employees on the manufacturing floor to troubleshoot and resolve process problems\nProvide technical support to customers to define product and process requirements\nHelp troubleshoot existing customer materials and applications\nPartner with Quality Control and Quality Assurance to investigate nonconforming material\nSupport the resolution of customer complaints\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actions\nPerform FMEA and other analyses in support of quality and process-improvement initiatives\nEnsure manufacturing processes support both customer requirements and appropriate product costing\nRequirements\nYou Could Be a Great Fit!\nThis role requires an engineering foundation combined with relevant manufacturing experience.
