You are comfortable making decisions, setting priorities, addressing performance issues, and working alongside your team when problems need to be solved.\nYou may be a strong fit if you bring:\n3-7 years of manufacturing experience\n1-3 years of supervisory, team leadership, or similar frontline leadership experience\nStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams\nExperience using production KPIs and performance metrics to manage results\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to balance competing production priorities\nEffective communication and conflict-resolution skills\nA practical, hands-on approach to problem solving\nThe ability to work effectively across Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering\nA high school diploma or equivalent\nAn associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or another regulated manufacturing environment is also preferred.\nDefining Success\nSuccess in this role is not simply hitting the production number.
