You will work on content ideation, research, scripting, AI visual generation, character creation, and creative direction. We are looking for storytellers who can think creatively, visualize ideas, and bring stories to life using AI.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Content Ideation & Research\nIdentify trending and high-potential content topics for Indian audiences.\nResearch topics and develop engaging concepts for short-form video series.\nUnderstand audience preferences across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India.\nCreate strong hooks and engaging storytelling formats.\n2. Scriptwriting & Storytelling\nDevelop engaging Hindi/Hinglish scripts for mass-market audiences.\nConvert complex topics into simple, relatable, and entertaining stories.\nCreate attention-grabbing hooks and compelling episode narratives.\nPlan scene-by-scene visual storytelling using AI-generated content.\n3. AI-Powered Visual Creation\nGenerate high-quality AI images, characters, scenes, and video sequences.\nUse generative AI tools to create realistic, cinematic, and engaging visuals.\nWrite effective AI prompts for different visual styles and storytelling requirements.\nMaintain character consistency, visual continuity, and creative quality.\n4. Creative Direction & Production\nOwn the creative vision of assigned video episodes and series.\nDevelop visual references, storyboards, and scene breakdowns.\nCoordinate with video editors and other production team members.\nEnsure AI-generated visuals align with the script and storytelling requirements.\nMaintain consistent creative quality across episodes.\n5. Content Performance & Experimentation\nUnderstand content performance metrics such as watch time, retention, and completion rate.\nExperiment with different storytelling styles, hooks, and visual formats.\nImprove content based on audience engagement and feedback.\nContinuously explore emerging AI capabilities and creative workflows.\nRequired Skills\nStrong creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.\nHands-on experience with generative AI image and video tools.\nGood understanding of AI prompting and visual generation.\nAbility to develop engaging content ideas and scripts.\nStrong research and content visualization skills.\nUnderstanding of Hindi/Hinglish content and Indian mass audiences.\nAbility to manage creative projects independently.\nWillingness to experiment with new AI tools and production techniques.\nPreferred AI Tools\nAI Video Generation: Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway, Hailuo, Pika\nAI Image Generation: Midjourney, Flux, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT Image Generation\nAI Scripting & Research: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude\nAI Voice Generation: ElevenLabs or similar tools\nGood to Have (Not Mandatory):\nBasic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci\nResolve.\nUnderstanding of basic video sequencing, transitions, and audio synchronization.\nExperience creating AI-powered short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, or digital platforms.\nNote: Advanced video editing skills are not required for this role.
