Team\nExperience: 2+ years\nWork Setup: Fulltime Onsite Role\nAbout The Role\nWe are looking for an AI Video Editor who can turn AI-generated clips into engaging, coherent and emotionally compelling micro dramas.\nYou will work with AI Filmmakers and Content Producers to combine footage, dialogue, sound and visuals into seamless storytelling experiences.\nYou will own the final editorial quality of each episode, ensuring natural story flow, character consistency and meaningful scene progression.\nWhat You'll Do\nEdit AI-generated clips into engaging micro-drama episodes.\nTranslate scripts and briefs into compelling visual narratives.\nCreate hooks, dramatic moments, twists and cliffhangers through editing.\nMaintain continuity across characters, costumes, environments and visual styles.\nFix AI-generated issues, including distortions, unnatural movements and lip-sync errors.\nRefine pacing, shot selection and transitions for engaging viewing.\nIntegrate dialogue, music and sound effects to enhance emotional impact.\nCollaborate with AI Filmmakers and Content Producers to resolve creative and technical issues.\nEnsure episodes meet storytelling and visual quality standards.\nMaintain organised project files and efficient workflows. \nWhat You Bring\n2+ years of experience in video editing or post-production.\nStrong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, continuity and narrative structure.\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.\nUnderstanding of hooks, emotional beats, twists and cliffhangers.\nAbility to identify and fix inconsistencies in AI-generated footage.\nStrong attention to detail and visual quality.\nComfort working with AI-generated video and evolving workflows.\nA portfolio showcasing editing and storytelling skills. \nKPIs\nEditorial quality and coherence of finished episodes.\nStorytelling, pacing and continuity.\nTimely delivery and adherence to production standards.\nEditing
