This is a research-driven yet production-focused role, where you’ll experiment with cutting-edge models and take them all the way to scalable, real-world deployment.\nYou will help shape Eloelo’s next-generation AI stack, working on systems that power real-time voice interactions at a global scale.\nWhat You Will Do\nResearch, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational and interactive use cases\nBuild and improve speech-to-text (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems\nDevelop voice-to-voice pipelines with low latency and high reliability\nExperiment with multimodal AI systems combining voice, text, and context\nDesign evaluation frameworks for model quality, latency, and user experience\nOptimise models for real-time inference at scale\nWork closely with backend, infra, and product teams to ship AI features into production\nStay up-to-date with the latest research and translate it into practical applications\nRequired Skills & Experience\n4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering or applied research\nStrong experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, inference optimisation)\nHands-on experience with speech technologies:\nAutomatic Speech Recognition (ASR)\nText-to-Speech (TTS)\nVoice-to-Voice pipelines\nStrong programming skills in Python\nExperience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch / TensorFlow\nSolid understanding of neural networks, transformers, and sequence models\nExperience deploying models into production systems\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)\nStrong problem-solving mindset and experimental approach\nGood to Have\nExperience with real-time / low-latency systems\nExposure to multilingual speech models\nExperience working with streaming
