We are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join our data team. You will take responsibility for managing our master data set, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Audience Analytic s: Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics across our content portfolio (e.g., watch time, completion rates, player retention, churn, streaming lifetime value

• ).Dashboarding & Reportin g: Design, build, and maintain automated, user-friendly dashboards (via Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) for executive leadership, marketing, and production teams
• A/B Testing & Optimizatio n: Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, and analyze results for digital marketing campaigns, UI/UX feature updates, and audience targeting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboratio n: Partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Distribution teams to provide data-driven insights that inform content greenlighting, release schedules, and campaign spend.
• Data Hygiene & Infrastructur e: Work closely with Data Engineering to validate incoming data pipelines from streaming platforms, social media channels, and ticketing platforms to ensure data integrity and taxonomy standards.
• Trend & Market Analysi s: Identify broader industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging audience habits to support long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experien ce: 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role (preferably in entertainment, media, streaming or consumer digital products

Technical Skills:

• Advanc ed SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions
• Strong proficiency with visualization tool s (Tableau, Power BI, Loo ker, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Pyt hon or R for statistical analysis, data cleaning, and scripting.
• Domain Knowled ge: Familiarity with digital media metrics (CAC, LTV, Retention, Churn, DAU/MAU, CTR, Engagement Rate
• s).Data Storytelli ng: Outstanding ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear visual narratives and actionable insights for non-technical creative teams Preferred
