We are seeking a talented Designer to join our creative team for a 3-month contract engagement. You will work on high-impact visual assets across multiple app brands, producing designs for performance marketing, user acquisition, and in-app experiences. Your work will directly influence CAC optimization and user engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design YouTube thumbnails and marketing creatives across multiple content niches

targeting Hindi/Hinglish audiences

• Create visual assets for paid performance campaigns (Meta ads, YouTube, RCS)

across app brands

• Develop push notification and in-app UI designs with emphasis on engagement and

conversion

• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to align visual design with campaign

messaging

• Produce A/B tested design variants to support performance optimization
• Maintain design consistency across multiple app brands and campaign channels
• Work within fast-paced production cycles, delivering designs across multiple formats

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in digital design, performance marketing design, or app

design

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
• Strong understanding of platform specifications and design constraints
• Experience designing for mobile-first, performance-driven campaigns
• Familiarity with design-to-production pipelines and handoff processes
• Strong typography and visual hierarchy skills
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and performance metrics

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with growth/performance marketing design
• Knowledge of Indian consumer behavior and design preferences
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with video editing tools for thumbnail motion graphics
• Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
• Portfolio demonstrating high-volume design output and diverse creative styles
