Media Manager at Eloelo Group, you will own the day-to-day social media presence and contribute to the overall social strategy across our products and brands.\nThis is a highly creative and execution-focused role where you will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Creative, Product and Brand teams to create content that drives awareness, engagement, community growth and product discovery.\nWe are looking for someone who understands internet culture, trends, short-form content, creators and what makes audiences stop scrolling.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms for Eloelo Group and its products.\nDevelop and maintain monthly social media calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, content drops and business priorities.\nCreate and curate social-first content including reels, short-form videos, memes, carousels, stories, static creatives and copy.\nWork closely with the Content, Creative, Marketing and Product teams to turn product and content ideas into engaging social campaigns.\nBuild social narratives around Eloelo's products, creators, shows, communities and key launches.\nIdentify trending topics, memes, formats, creators and conversations and quickly adapt them into relevant content.\nDevelop campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, follower growth and product/content discovery.\nBuild and actively manage communities across social platforms by responding to comments, DMs and conversations.\nCollaborate with influencers, creators and digital communities to expand reach and drive organic visibility.\nWork with designers, video editors, copywriters and creators to produce high-quality social assets.\nMonitor competitors and relevant brands to identify emerging trends, content formats and opportunities.\nTrack and analyse social media performance across reach, engagement, views, watch time, follower growth and other relevant metrics.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with insights, learnings and recommendations.\nContinuously experiment with new formats, hooks, content styles and distribution strategies.\nManage social media scheduling, publishing and automation tools to ensure consistency across platforms.\nEnsure consistent brand voice, tone and visual identity across all social channels.\nStay updated on platform algorithms, emerging social platforms and evolving digital entertainment trends.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-7 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or a similar role.\nStrong hands-on experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.\nStrong understanding of short-form video, reels, memes, creator ecosystems and internet culture.\nExcellent content sense with the ability to identify what is likely to trend, engage and get shared.\nStrong copywriting and communication skills.\nAbility to independently take an idea from concept → content → publishing → performance analysis.\nStrong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.\nStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.\nExperience in consumer internet, entertainment, gaming, OTT, media or creator-led businesses will be an added advantage.\nExperience working with influencers and creators is a plus.\nKey Skills\nSocial Media Management |
