This role serves as the primary technical contact between Elo, Client, and its partners, working closely with Sales Account Manager and Program Manager to support customer product setup, resolve technical issues, and help maximize the value of Elo Solutions.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nTechnical Triage & Advocacy:Maintain specialty competency in Elo’s hardware, software solutions, and tools/utilities. \nAct as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues before escalating to Solutions Architect or Engineering. \nGuide the client through major version upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new features, ensuring minimal disruption. \nDocument, track, and advocate for customer feature requests and bug fixes, providing clear impact context to internal Product teams.\n\nClient Enablement & Adoption:Guide clients through product onboarding, feature rollouts, and configuration best practices.\nHelp clients optimize the usage of our platform to maximize the value of their investment.\nEngage with the customer, both onsite and remote, in a technical consultancy and advisor role during the pre-sales process while providing technical assistance and solution guidance.\nCreate technical documentation, basic workflow guides, and conduct training sessions for customer team members.\n\nContinuous Learning & Professional Growth:Continuously improve your professional skills with a focus on personal mastery and team learning through activities such as training, reading, and seeking mentorship from others.\nProactively pursues product certifications, technical training, and product updates to maintain deep technical authority, ensuring customer recommendations remain accurate, scalable, and forward-looking.\nTranslate personal learning into team value by sharing newly acquired insights, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices with teammates to elevate overall team capability.\n\nTechnical Account Manager Requirements:\nPosition is based in Bentonville, AR\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.\nMinimum 1-3 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Support Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or Solutions Engineer).\nKnowledge of key operating systems including Android and Linux.\nKnowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, peripherals, software applications, SDKs, and drivers. \nKnowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.\nUnderstanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment.\nExperience with modern software development or operations and their associated technologies.\nTechnical presentation and communication skills.\nAbility to travel.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to adapt based on changing priorities, while executing on short deadlines.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to lift up to OSHA single person lift requirements.\nAbility to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods of time.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally. \nMust be able to work a standard full-time schedule.\nElo Touch Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
