software.\nBe Technical user support on company’s sites.\nManaging technical requests via ticketing system.\nEscalating unresolved issues to higher support levels (Second Level Support).\nHandling Software installation/upgrades/maintenance (MS Office, MS Windows, Mac OS, email, etc.), troubleshooting on Windows, Mac OS, VPN.\nPreparing and Configuring the IT equipment.\nManagingsupporting meeting conferences.\nOn-site support (desktop and mobile phones, printers, etc.).\nFlexibility to Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.\nYour Qualifications:\nBSc in Computer Science or a related field degree.\nMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position.\nExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365.\nBasic knowledge of Networking ( LAN/WiFi networks).\nGood knowledge of computer hardware.\nTechnology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools.\nExperience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents.\nBonus points for experience in Sharepoint / OneDrive.\nCommunicating effectively in both written and spoken Greek
