including enrollment and employee inquiries\nAssist in coordinating training programs and identifying training needs and supporting the development of training materials\nOrganize company events and recognition programs\nParticipate in HR projects and the annual staffing planning\nGenerate evaluations and reports, based on KPI’s and other metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and workforce demographics\nUpdate HR database with employee information, ensuring data accuracy, and integrity\nOther duties, as assigned\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field\nPrevious experience in an HR administrative role, preferably manufacturing or automotive\nBasic knowledge and understanding of federal and state employment law and regulations\nProficiency in HR Software, preferably ADP and Workday\nAbility to manage confidential employee information with discretion\nAttentive and meticulous focus on accuracy, specifically while managing sensitive data\nEffective communicator and ability to communicate and interact with all employees\nDrive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger’s core
