employees with routine HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.\nTraining & Development Support\nHelp coordinate employee training sessions and development programs.\nTrack training completion and maintain training records.\nAssist in preparing training materials, presentations, and employee communications.\nSupport audits of training documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nHR Data & Reporting\nEnter and maintain employee information in HR systems.\nAudit HR data for accuracy and completeness.\nAssist with preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and training metrics.\nSupport HR system updates and data maintenance activities.\nHR Projects & General Support\nAssist with special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.\nHelp update HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.\nOrganize and maintain HR files and records.\nSupport employee engagement and recognition activities.\nPerform other administrative duties as
