supervising architectural maintenance, construction, renovation, and finishing works across the school facilities.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n\nFollow up on architectural maintenance and construction works.\n\nSupervise renovation, finishing, and repair works.\n\nConduct regular inspections of school facilities and identify required maintenance.\n\nCoordinate with contractors and suppliers and follow up on their work.\n\nMonitor work progress and ensure completion according to the required quality standards and timelines.\n\nReview architectural drawings and specifications when required.\n\nPrepare maintenance and work progress reports.\n\nIdentify technical issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.\n\nEnsure that all works are carried out safely and according to approved requirements.\n\nFollow up on multiple maintenance and construction tasks across different school branches.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.\n\n4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural works, construction, maintenance, or finishing.\n\nSolid knowledge of architectural construction and finishing works.\n\nPrevious experience in site supervision and contractor management.\n\nGood knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills.\n\nStrong follow-up and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and work across different locations.\n\nWillingness to work at the group's branches in Fifth Settlement and El
