Description:\nA group of schools with branches in Fifth Settlement and El Shorouk is hiring a Purchasing Officer to join the Procurement Department.\n\nThe position will be responsible for handling day-to-day purchasing activities and ensuring the timely availability of required materials, supplies, and services for the group’s branches.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nReceive and review purchase requests from different departments and branches.\n\nObtain and compare quotations from suppliers.\n\nNegotiate prices, delivery dates, and payment terms when required.\n\nIssue and follow up on purchase orders.\n\nCommunicate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.\n\nSearch for new suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.\n\nFollow up on product availability, prices, and market changes.\n\nCoordinate with the Finance, Stores, and other departments regarding purchases.\n\nEnsure that purchased items meet the required specifications and quality standards.\n\nFollow up on invoices and required purchasing documents.\n\nMaintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.\n\nPrepare purchasing reports when required.\n\nEnsure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.\n\n4-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement.\n\nPrevious experience in schools or multi-branch organizations is preferred.\n\nGood negotiation and communication skills.\n\nGood knowledge of purchasing procedures.\n\nGood command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\n\nExperience with ERP/procurement systems is preferred.\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet
