You will play a pivotal role in scaling our cutting-edge AI product, ensuring high availability, and optimizing our infrastructure using the latest technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nAutomation & CI/CD: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines. Actively leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize scripting and automate repetitive operational tasks.\n\nInfrastructure & K8s Management: Manage the lifecycle of AWS infrastructure and EKS clusters, including version upgrades, node group migrations, and ensuring zero-downtime operations.\n\nObservability & Performance: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and APM solutions to trace transactions, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system health.\n\nDatabase & Data Integrity: Manage cloud databases (RDS, DynamoDB), ensuring high availability, automated backup strategies, and disaster recovery readiness.\n\nSecurity & DevSecOps: Proactively improve system security by managing IAM policies, performing vulnerability scanning, and implementing security best practices across the stack.\n\nCollaboration & Support: Partner with developers to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues with a supportive, open-minded approach.\n\nDocumentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing.\n\nWhat You Will Have\nTechnical Requirements\n3-5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments.\n\nKubernetes Expertise: Deep understanding of EKS, Helm charts, and ArgoCD.
