You will complete three eight-month rotations across the business, contributing to meaningful projects that support operational excellence, digital innovation, and business growth. We work in a global and hybrid working environment. To optimize your learning and onboarding, we would expect you to be in our Amsterdam office around twice a week; depending the project you are working on, this could increase or decrease.\nAbout the Role\nThis program is designed for early-career professionals who are motivated to develop cross-functional expertise, work with diverse teams, and create impact across the organization. Successful participants will be considered for permanent opportunities on completion of the program. You will be expected to work in our Amsterdam offices at least two days per week.\nResponsibilities\nYou will complete three eight-month rotational assignments across the following business areas:\nPublishing & Operations\nLead process simplification projects\nSupport operational change across teams\nImprove governance & service delivery \nProduct, Data & Digital Innovation\nSupport AI-enabled workflow projects\nMap user journeys & friction points\nEvaluate adoption & performance with data\nCommercial & Customer Insight\nAnalyse customer needs & market trends\nSupport product or sales enablement\nBuild growth opportunity recommendations\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster’s degree (any discipline), completed or due to complete before January 2027\nNo more than 2 years’ post-graduate work experience\nRight to work in the Netherlands for the full 24-month length of the program and in a permanent role afterwards (we are not able to sponsor visas)\nFluent in business English, spoken and written\nAvailable to start in Q1 2027 \nWhat We’re Looking For\nCuriosity about science, research, or how knowledge advances human progress.
