This role involves close collaboration with internal partners such as Customer Success, Curriculum Solutions, Product, Sales, and IT to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and successful project outcomes. The position also aids in the enhancement of business and project management processes as well as contributing to the development of roadmaps, project schedules, and resolving issues in a fast-paced setting.\nResponsibilities\nLeading, managing, and monitoring multiple complex projects from a Sales to Implementation perspective, effectively communicating project status until completion.\n\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.\n\nManaging project delivery within predefined goals, balancing time to market, quality, and resource availability.\n\nFacilitating meetings to gather input, align expectations, and make informed decisions.\n\nInterfacing Product and Support Teams to address customer issues and training requirements.\n\nMaintaining a customer-focused orientation throughout the project and demanding the same from partners.\n\nTracking and reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.\n\nDeveloping and maintaining project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success.\n\nAligning project deliverables and tasks with the overall vision/strategy.\n\nNegotiating with key stakeholders and decision-makers to consider customer impact and review resource allocation.\n\nAssessing and improving processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.\n\nManaging stakeholder expectations and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nConducting post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency\n\nDeveloping efficient workflows and processes to turn ideas into actionable plans.\n\nQualifications\nHave health information systems, technology, or equivalent experience.\n\nProven experience in project management tools preferred.\n\nDemonstrate proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence.\n\nHave project delivery skills. This includes accurate project planning, delivering milestone dates and managing resources effectively. Also communicating status effectively, managing risks and juggling multiple projects of diverse sizes and duration at once to accomplish goals in an agile working environment.\n\nBe able to demonstrate organization/project planning, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups and departments\n\nHave experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues\n\nBe able to demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership and customers\n\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
