# Portfolio Manager- Technology

About the Role The Portfolio Manager-Technology will shape how the STMJ Technology organisation prioritises, plans and tracks its portfolio of initiatives. As part of the Technology Leadership Team, you will lead portfolio planning and the OKR cycle, providing a clear view of priorities, progress, capacity and dependencies. Rather than managing individual initiatives, you will establish lightweight governance that enables better prioritisation, informed trade-offs and alignment with strategic goals and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Prioritization Maintain a single view of all initiatives, including ownership, resourcing, progress, dependencies, risks and alignment to strategy. Design and run the intake and prioritization process through which new initiatives enter the portfolio, and assess when an initiative is ready to start.
