All for the benefit of every patient.\nAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Principal Product Manager to help shape the future of the Mytonomy patient education and engagement platform. In this strategic role, you will lead product direction and execution across key areas of the platform, including healthcare integrations and AI-driven capabilities. You will collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that improve patient engagement, care adherence, and outcomes while creating meaningful customer and business value.\nResponsibilities\nOwn product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements, and execution for key areas of Mytonomy’s platform.\n\nTranslate customer needs, market insights, healthcare trends, and product analytics into clear priorities and scalable solutions.\n\nLead discovery, research, testing, and data-driven decision-making to validate product opportunities and reduce execution risk.\n\nDrive product development across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment from concept through launch and adoption.\n\nExpand Mytonomy’s integration ecosystem, including EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party healthcare technology solutions.\n\nPartner with sales, marketing, customer success, and client services on go-to-market strategy, launch planning, positioning, messaging, and commercialization.\n\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI to improve product performance and patient outcomes.\n\nEvaluate new product opportunities, build investment cases, and assess commercial viability.\n\nRequirements\nProduct management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, patient engagement, enterprise software, or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated success defining, launching, and scaling commercially successful products.\n\nStrong understanding of healthcare technology ecosystems, including EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, interoperability standards, and healthcare data environments.\n\nExperience applying data, analytics, customer research, and market insights to product strategy and prioritization.\n\nFamiliarity with AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and generative AI, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical product opportunities.\n\nStrong commercial judgment, including the ability to assess market opportunities, develop business cases, and align product work to growth objectives.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across product, engineering, commercial, clinical, and executive audiences.\n\nCollaborative leadership style with a track record of mentoring others, building alignment, and driving outcomes in complex environments.\n\nWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
