Through innovation in editorial workflows and publishing technology, we help global research communities discover, evaluate, and disseminate knowledge that advances science and improves lives.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Product Manager for SSRN, Elsevier's preprint server, you will own one or more product features end to end, working alongside the Senior Product Manager to shape the feature roadmap. You will engage directly with researchers and scholarly communities to build a firsthand understanding of their needs, translate that understanding into product requirements, working with engineering, UX, analytics, operations, and content teams to deliver user value.\nResponsibilities\nLead discovery and delivery for your feature area within SSRN's Preprint service\nEngage directly with researchers and scholarly communities to gather, prioritise, and validate their needs\nFormulate problem statements and test hypotheses through data and experimentation, including A/B testing\nWrite clear product requirements, whether as user stories, PRDs, or specifications, and manage backlog prioritisation for your feature area\nUse data to identify and prioritise production issues and defects through to resolution\nLead stakeholder demonstrations at programme milestones and support launch readiness, including GTM briefing materials\nContribute to the feature-area roadmap, aligned with outcomes agreed with the Senior Product Manager\nRequirements\nDirect experience gathering and prioritising customer requirements through structured discovery\nAbility to write clear requirements across formats and manage them through delivery\nExperience using data and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or equivalent) to inform decisions and test hypotheses\nExperience supporting go-to-market activity and communicating with cross-functional stakeholders\nFamiliarity with AI tools and services and their application to process improvement and product delivery\nTrack record of delivering features against measurable outcomes, working independently across multiple workstreams\nMinimum 2 days a week in the London Wall office\nIf you are interested in the role, please apply with a cover letter and CV.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
