This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our local product portfolio in Japan, with a focus on digital solutions for clinicians and healthcare professionals.\nReporting to the Director of Clinical Solutions Japan, the Product Manager will help to drive key initiatives to uncover unmet customer needs, define product vision and development roadmap and bring product ideas from concept to market.\nThe ideal candidate will bring experience in digital product management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building impactful solutions that improve healthcare outcomes.\nResponsibilities\nConducting market analysis to identify emerging trends, unmet customer needs, and evaluate their impact on current and future products\n\nHelping to define the strategic product vision and development roadmap for our local digital product portfolio in Japan.\n\nLeading opportunity assessments, develop business cases, and prioritize new features or product concepts based on value and feasibility.\n\nActing as a project manager and facilitator, ensuring alignment across global and local stakeholders (including technology, UX, marketing, content, and sales) to deliver high-impact product experiences on time and on strategy\n\nSupporting the go-to-market and launch planning activities in collaboration with customer-facing and marketing teams\n\nWorking with global teams to promote and adopt product management tools and best practices\n\nChampioning agile product development methodologies, and ensure processes and outcomes are customer-centric and data-informed.\n\nRequirements\nHold a Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of experience in digital product management and a proven track record of driving product lifecycle activities ideally within education, healthcare, or related technology industries.\n\nDeep understanding of product development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, design thinking) and project management approaches.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions and measure success.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to build relationships across global teams and stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity/ experience with developing Generative AI related applications for digital health or related areas a plus\n\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
