We harness innovative technologies to support science and healthcare to partner for a better world.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will act as a trusted advisor supporting business unit initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing optimization. You will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills to design, develop, and support scalable solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nAct as CRM trusted advisor in support of business unit projects through all phases of requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment; product demonstration and use-case modeling, business process development and related configuration, alignment and buy-in with stakeholders, direct support of business unit staff during launch, etc.\nEstimate work efforts required for each phase of a project or ticket, direct design, development, and implementation responsibility.\nProvide product and technical expertise when scoping complex projects and related integrations.\nReview code and solution summaries where appropriate to ensure adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose development.\nIntegration monitoring, trouble-shooting, and future integration requirement assessment, design, and development.\nDocumentation and knowledge sharing; technical, business process, best practice, reference architecture, etc.\nApplies advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts; contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.\nWorks on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.\nRequirements\nSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.\nSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.\nSalesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred).\nDevelopment experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred).\nDevelopment experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred).\nDevelopment experience with Conga CLM (preferred).\nDevOps platform experience preferred (e.g. Copado, Gearset).\nExperience with MuleSoft preferred (or other enterprise integration technologies).\nDemonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project.\nStrong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on Salesforce Platform.\nExperience working in Agile projects and managing workload with JIRA.\nProven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.\nTechnical project management experience.\nUnderstanding of UI design principles and best practices.\nExceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.\nCommunication skills for both technical and business audiences.\nWork in a Way That Works for You\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
