The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve routine payroll issues independently.\nResponsibilities\nValidating, inputting, and maintaining payroll data to support accurate payroll processing.\nPreparing payroll for bank submission and entry into financial systems.\nProcessing manual payments when required.\nPreparing payroll reports and reconciliations.\nMaintaining payroll documentation and records management systems.\nSupporting payroll reporting, analytics, and data collection activities.\nResponding to payroll-related inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures.\nAssisting with audits, tax-related payroll activities, and compliance requirements.\nEnsuring payroll activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.\nBuilding effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and service partners.\nContributing to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.\nMaintaining knowledge of payroll regulations, technology, and industry best practices through ongoing development.\nRequirements\n5-7 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or a related function.\nExperience processing payroll data and supporting payroll reconciliations and reporting.\nKnowledge of payroll compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.\nExperience working with spreadsheets, databases, and payroll systems.\nAbility to analyze data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting audits and payroll-related tax activities preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a structured manner.\nPreferred Skills\nPayroll Management\nCustomer Service Delivery\nData Analysis & Reporting\nPayroll Compliance & Regulations\nTax Preparation\nSpreadsheet & Database Reporting\nAuditing\nProblem Solving\nStakeholder Communication\nAction Planning\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
