The candidate should have the ability to work on individual pieces of work and solve problems, including the design of the program flow of individual pieces of code, effective coding, and unit testing.\nThe ideal candidate has a practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and a strong commitment to code quality, testing, and collaborating in an Agile environment. Fluency with GitHub workflows and pull-request-based collaboration is essential.\nOur teams are increasingly adopting AI-assisted development workflows, and we are particularly interested in engineers who are excited about using AI tools to help design, write, evaluate, and improve software.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInterface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.\n\nWrite and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\n\nWork closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.\n\nSuccessfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.\n\nOperate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.\n\nProficiency with GitHub workflows, pull requests, issue tracking, and collaboration in a distributed or co-located team.\n\nResolve technical issues, as necessary.\n\nKeep abreast of new technology developments.\n\nComplete bug fixes.\n\nRequirements:\nProficiency with data manipulation languages. Understanding of data modelling principles.\n\nAbility to work with complex data models.\n\nProficiency in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, Node.js, React, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX.\n\nExperience with Keycloak, Auth0, or another identity provider, including realm configuration, authentication flows, and OIDC client setup.\n\nFamiliarity with industry best practices - code coverage. Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources.\n\nAbility to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\n\nKnowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
