Ideal candidate is a hands-on owner who collaborates well across distributed, global teams.\nResponsibilities:\nInterface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.\nWrite and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\nWork closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.\nSuccessfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.\nOperate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.\nResolve technical issues as necessary.\nKeep abreast of new technology developments.\nComplete bug fixes.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nRequirements:\nQualification:\n3+ years of Software Engineering experience\nBS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required Technical Skills:\nProficiency with data manipulation languages.\nUnderstanding of data modeling principles.\nAbility to work with complex data models.\nProficiency in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, UNIX, and .Net.\nFamiliarity of industry best practices - code coverage.\nAbility to work well with internal and external technology resources.\nAbility to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\nKnowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).\nKnowledge of data manipulation languages.\nKnowledge of data storage subsystems.\nKnowledge of test-driven development.\nAbility to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.\nAbility to complete moderately complex bug fixes.\nGood oral and written communications skills.\nWork in a way that works for you: -\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
