In this role, you will work at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunity, and technology innovation, translating insights into products and capabilities that deliver meaningful value to corporate research organisations.\nYou will partner closely with commercial, technology, content, data, and operations teams to define priorities, execute product roadmaps, and support go-to-market success. This is an exciting opportunity for a product professional who thrives in a complex, matrixed environment and enjoys solving challenging customer problems through innovative technology solutions.\nResponsibilities\nContribute to the strategy and roadmap for Corporate Research Solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.\n\nPartner with customers, sales teams, and customer success teams to understand market requirements and identify growth opportunities.\n\nPrioritise product initiatives based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, data, content, and operations teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.\n\nChampion customer discovery activities and translate insights into actionable product requirements.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, including AI, to inform product direction.\n\nSupport go-to-market planning, product positioning, and commercial enablement activities.\n\nTrack product performance through KPIs and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.\n\nInfluence and align stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful execution and delivery.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.\n\n7+ years of Product Management experience, including significant experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.\n\nProven track record of delivering products that generate measurable customer and business value.\n\nStrong experience influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes within a matrixed organisation.\n\nExcellent customer discovery and product development skills, with the ability to translate insights into solutions.\n\nStrong commercial awareness, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.\n\nData-driven approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and performance measurement.\n\nOutstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience within research, scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or academic information markets is highly desirable.\n\nIf you are interested in the role, please apply with a cover letter and CV.\nWork in a way that works for you\nWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
