These programs include Global and Local book content as well as digital content creation and localization of a variety of digital products for the Clinical Solutions Business Unit.\nResponsibilities\nOversee the Clinical Solutions publishing program across global and local portfolios, including books and digital products\nDevelop and drive content strategy, including reviewing proposals, financials, and portfolio roadmap analyses\nEnsure a strong pipeline of strategic programs and effective content leverage across platforms\nMonitor market dynamics and integrate best practices to maintain competitive leadership\nAlign content initiatives with broader priorities, including portfolio optimization and platform integration\nPartner with business units to support electronic solutions, translations, and content localization\nOptimize financial performance by managing costs, reviewing proposals, and supporting healthy gross margins\nTrack and analyze performance metrics, including financials, reporting, and operational insights\nRequirements\nLeadership experience managing digital content or publishing programs in a matrixed environment\nExpertise in health-related disciplines, particularly medical reference and clinical research portfolios preferred\nExperience with AI enabled/assisted workflows\nStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development\nAbility to influence and partner with stakeholders across functions and regions\nExperience coaching and developing team members and supporting professional growth\nHigh emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse cultures\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skills\nWorking Pattern\nFull time role with flexibility to support collaboration across global teams.\n\nU.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.\n\nBase Pay Range for CO is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for MD is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for NY is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for New York City is $163,300 - $303,300. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $129,200 - $240,100. Base Pay Range for NJ is $172,172- $275,028.\n\nThis job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.\n\nIf performed in any following locations: France - VALLARURIS, and Home-Based - France, the base pay range is €88,000 - €163,400.If performed in any of the following locations: DEU Home Based - Frankfurt; Germany - Frankfurt (Baseler Platz); Germany - Munich; Home Based - Bavaria; Home Based - Hamburg; Home Based - Hesse; Home Based - Munich; or Home Based - Saarland, the base pay range is €121,300 - €202,000.\nIf performed in any of the following locations: Barcelona, Madrid, Home Based - Madrid, Home Based - Barcelona, the base pay range is €111,900 - €207,800.\n\nThis job may be subject to a collective labor agreement in France.
