They work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReceive the production plan monthly from the planning department and set relevant production workflow\n\nReceive the shop drawing and communicate / lead manufacturing processes with supervisors\n\nReceives the weakly machine loading plan and the approved designs and sketches to start the production process\n\nRequest materials from inventory according to job order specs\n\nAssure the implementation of the production according to the process of the workflow\n\nFollow up achievement of quality standards and resolve any observations from quality team\n\nPrepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department\n\nTroubleshoot any production issues and resolve with concerned team\n\nAlign with projects, planning and quality team the progress of production plans\n\nProvide technical assistance to production supervisors and technicians as and when required.\n\nCheck the machines checklist to assure that the working conditions are safe.\n\nEnsure that staff are compliant with safety regulations\n\nMaintain efficient production logs in compliance with applied management system\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).\n\n1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems.\n\nProven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.\n\nCommitment to workplace safety and continuous professional
