You'll manage HW configuration, lead NPI with contract manufacturers, and support board quality through verification and testing. Join us to work on hard, meaningful problems alongside people who care about getting them right, and to help shape one of the defining technology shifts of the decade.\nYou will…\nYou will contribute across three connected areas: configuration management, new product introduction, and hardware quality & verification:\nConfiguration Management\nOwn the HW configuration management process: BOMs, part numbering, revisions, and product structures in the PLM/ERP system.\nCreate, manage, and release ECOs/ECNs/ECRs; drive change review boards and ensure changes are documented, approved, and communicated to manufacturing.\nMaintain traceability across board versions, firmware/HW compatibility, and approved vendor/manufacturer lists (AVL/AML).\nControl released engineering documentation (schematics, assembly drawings, fab drawings, test specs) and enforce revision integrity.\nNPI (New Product Introduction)\nLead HW products from prototype through to mass production, coordinating between R&D and manufacturing.\nManage relationships with contract manufacturers (CMs/EMS) and component suppliers: RFQs, quotes, build packages, and production readiness.\nOwn prototype and pilot builds - kitting, DFM/DFT feedback, first-article inspection, and issue resolution.\nDrive NPI schedules, build plans, and readiness gates; track open issues to closure.\nHardware Quality & Verification\nDefine and execute verification/validation plans for new and revised boards (bring-up, functional, environmental as needed).\nDevelop and maintain automated test setups (ICT/functional test/end-of-line) with R&D and test engineering.\nAnalyze test data and field/production failures; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions (RMA, 8D/CAPA).\nSupport production ramp: yield monitoring, process improvements, and quality metrics.\nRequirements\nApply if you have…\n3+ years in configuration management, NPI, or HW quality in an electronics/PCBA product company.\nHands-on experience with BOMs, ECO/change-control processes, and PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Arena, Windchill, SAP, Priority).\nExperience working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers.\nUnderstanding of PCB/PCBA design, assembly, and manufacturing processes; ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.\nFamiliarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610) and HW test methods.\nStrong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nAdvantage\nExperience defining automated test systems (functional/ICT/EOL); scripting ability (Python) for test/data.\nKnowledge of DFM/DFT and reliability/environmental testing.\nGood English, written and verbal.\nIf you’ve made it this far and are excited about the opportunity, don’t let a few unchecked boxes hold you back.
