We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel! \nThe Compactor/Baler Technician Apprentice will primarily be responsible for repairing, diagnosing, inspecting, and maintaining all makes and models of vertical balers, trash compactors, self – constrained trash compactors, electric jacks, dock levelers, edge of docks, dock seals, and handicap carts/scooters. \n\nMain Duties: \nRepair, diagnose, inspect, and maintain all makes and models of Vertical Balers, Trash Compactors, Self-Contained Trash Compactors, Electric Jacks, Dock Levelers, Edge of Docks, Dock Seals, and Handicap Carts / Scooters \nProvide courteous and professional service \nMaintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Company and OSHA Standards \n\nRequirements: \n2+ years’ experience diagnosing and repairing compactors, balers, and/or other industrial equipment \nWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems \nAbility to read electrical and hydraulic schematics \nWelding / fabricating experience \nExperience as a road mechanic a plus \nExceptional customer service skills \nMust have own tools \nClean driving record\n\nCompensation:\nThis position is paid hourly with a pay range of $19.00/hr. - $23.00/hr.
