We are looking for someone who brings a contagious energy and positive attitude to work every day!\n\nMain Duties: \nScreen potential job applicants \nHunt and find top talent \nConduct prequalification phone screenings\nComplete and submit candidate writeups\nSchedule interviews \nTrack candidates and manage candidate profiles through ATS portal (Dayforce) \nAssist in other on-boarding duties \nEstablish relationships and work directly with Hiring Managers throughout organization and develop recruiting plans \nOther Talent related, administrative duties\n\nRequirements: \n3-5+ yrs of recruiting experience is required\nStaffing Agency experience a PLUS!\nExperience with using an ATS. \nCollege Degree in Human Resources or related field.\nReflects a professional image and will be able to maintain confidentiality. \nHigh energy, \"hunter\" mentality. \nPossess a positive attitude. \nExcels in a FAST-PACED environment. \nAbility to learn quickly. \nExcellent communication skills.\n\nCompensation:\nAnnual base salary of $65-75K. Company cell phone and laptop will also be provided.
