In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of Eltropy’s integrations platform, enabling partners and financial institutions to seamlessly connect with our ecosystem. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our developer platform and partner integration capabilities, enabling integrations with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, account opening solutions, CRMs, eSignature/eNotary providers, and digital banking platforms. This role will also help drive Eltropy’s AI for All vision, powering an ecosystem where partners can build intelligent solutions and AI agents through our growing agentic AI marketplace.\nThis is a remote position based in India, with 10% travel to client sites in the U.S. as needed.\nWhat You Offer\nMaster’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or a technical product role.\nExperience working with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products.\nProficiency in Agile/Scrum workflows and cross-functional collaboration.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear product requirements.\nExperience owning end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation and roadmap planning to release and adoption.\nTechnical Skills (Required)\nExperience using Atlassian’s Confluence and JIRA suite of tools\nExperience working with REST APIs and integration architectures\nExperience using Agile development methodologies\nExperience using data analysis and reporting tools\nBasic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, APIs)\nKey Assets (Highly Valued)\nExperience working with financial institutions, fintech platforms, or financial services software\nFamiliarity with core banking systems, loan origination platforms, digital banking platforms, or CRMs\nExperience building or managing developer platforms or API ecosystems\nUnderstanding of how community banks and credit unions operate\nExperience supporting partner integrations or marketplace ecosystems\nExposure to AI-powered platforms, automation tools, or agent-based AI
