The ideal candidate is a highly skilled customer-facing Solution Engineer to work with our credit union customers as they select, customize, integrate and deploy our innovative SaaS digital conversations platform. \nRole & Responsibilities:\nProvide technical expertise to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations to customers.\nCollaborate with customers, sales, product, internal architecture, engineering and implementation teams to define technical requirements and create solution designs for professional services statements of work.\nDocument agreed scope, technical requirements and development timelines, and ensure that they are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.\nWork closely with partners and the professional services team to ensure successful delivery of projects on-time, within budget, and to customer expectations.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for professional services.\nDesign and plan phased approaches to integrations with banking systems for customers, ensuring that they are compatible with the customer's existing infrastructure.\nKeep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies from online banking, CCaaS, and UCaaS providers, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.\nProvide technical training and support to customers and internal teams, as required.\nContinuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.\nWhat You Offer:\nMinimum eight years of experience as a Solutions Engineer.\nExperience with Credit Unions or in financial industry is a plus.\nTechnical acumen to deep dive and demo complex B2B SaaS platform.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.\nProven experience as a Customer- Facing Solution Engineer or similar role.\nIn-depth knowledge of credit union software market and banking systems.\nIn-depth knowledge of top CCaaS and UCaaS vendor technologies serving the community financial services (community banks and credit unions) market.\nIn-depth knowledge of contact center solution offerings and their related systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies.\nWillingness to travel as required.\nEltropy is the Agentic AI Platform for Credit Unions and Community Banks.
