information and data into clear and engaging visual presentations.\n Support the design of research reports, market updates, and investment presentations.\n Collaborate with the research and investment teams to effectively communicate key insights visually.\n Digital & Social Media Content\n Develop engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.\n Create social media posts, carousels, banners, and campaign materials.\n Adapt designs to suit different platforms, formats, and target audiences.  Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company digital presence.\n Marketing & Corporate Communication\n Design company profiles, proposals, pitch decks, brochures, flyers, and other business materials.\n Develop visual materials for events, presentations, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.\n Work with relevant teams to understand briefs and deliver designs that meet business objectives.\n Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency.\n Creative Management\n Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.\n Maintain an organised library of design files, templates, images, and brand assets.\n Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.\n Collaborate with management and other teams to develop effective creative solutions.\n Requirements & Qualifications\n Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.\n 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.\n Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work.\n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or other relevant design tools.\n Experience with Canva is an added advantage.\n Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.\n Experience designing social media content, corporate presentations, reports, and marketing materials.\n Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.\n Good communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.\n Key Skills\n
